Build2Impact Super Coach Overview
Build2Impact strives to increase the capacity of all the Network members, especially the smaller organisations with less money. As part of that commitment, and the need to provide a sustainable future for the Network, we have created a scheme called the Super-Coach.
This aims to train some of the larger Network members to be coach and mentor to smaller organisations in their area or who share aims and values. For example there will a Super-Coach for the Bradford area and there will also be a Super-Coach that helps organisations who deal with Asian Women. In total there will be nine Super-Coaches in the Network and they are there for support, guidance and advice to other Network members.
