Build2Impact Operating Policies

The Build2Impact team want to run the project in an open and transparent way for the Network members. This project is being run for the benefit of all our members. To ensure that we stick to this promise, we have published here all of our operating policies and procedures for you to read. They have all been approved by the Executive Committee of the Network.

Build2Impact Communication Plan - a communications and marketing strategy to support the BME Learning Network to develop awareness of the Build2Impact Programme.

Build2Impact Risk Strategy - to establish sustainable and efficient risk management arrangements to effectively identify, assess and control the major risks to the Build2Impact objectives.

Build2Impact Quality Strategy - an investigation into the Common Inspection Framework, Quality Assurance Accreditations and what the Build2Impact project needs to do to help members gain quality in their work.

Build2Impact Commissioning Strategy - to establish a Commissioning Framework for the WY BME Learning Network. As part of this process consideration has been given to developing a common understanding of the commissioning process, examine the challenges and options available, establish a core set of principles and developing a model to commission providers to deliver projects which meet the requirements of the WY BME Learning Network.

Build2Impact Contracting Model - this report describes a new contracting model that would enable the WY BME learning and skills sector to work collaboratively to bid for, win and deliver contracts.
